In June of 1985, Rick French helped establish French Christianson Patterson and Associates, Inc. to specialize, exclusively, in the sale of luxury Nashville estates, executive residences, cluster homes, condominiums and investment properties, specifically in Nashville's southwest areas known as Belle Meade, West End Corridor and Green Hills. Since then, we have expanded into North Williamson County, Leiper's Fork and Brentwood.

Record sales don't just happen.
In May 2010, Rick French set the record for the highest figure any single-family residential parcel in Middle Tennessee is known to have sold for in the past. After 11 months on the market, the wide-publicized listing of the Sweetbriar estate in Franklin closed at $28 million. This sale more than doubled the previous record.
The French Team’s approach involves developing each listings own marketing program through the internet, the MLS system, signage, or our direct mail program. In addition to this, Rick is relentless through the process by utilizing resources, connections, and sometimes just making the right call. By being methodical and thorough, Rick does his part so that getting top dollar will be a pleasure for his clients.

Rick holds a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University. All of his adult life has been spent in the Real Estate Profession having entered the profession in 1980. He was one of the founders of what is now French, Christianson, Patterson & Associates in 1985 and currently serves as the President of the firm. Rick's driving passion is selling real estate and is consistently one of the top listing agents in Middle Tennessee. He assists clients with every aspect of their Real Estate transaction providing thoughtful guidance and advice. Rick is licensed as a Broker and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
Gina Rossy Affiliate Broker
Gina holds a Bachelors degree from David Lipscomb University and has had various experiences in her adult career. She has worked as a marketing professional for a large non-profit organization and worked in customer service for a major retail corporation. Working with Rick, Gina is responsible for his regular administrative duties, schedules: including appointments for showing properties, development of all marketing materials and overall client support. Typically Gina is most involved with our clients on the "front-end" of the transaction. Gina has a current license as an Affiliate Broker.
