Rick holds a Bachelors Degree from Pennsylvania State University.   All of his adult life has been spent in the Real Estate Profession having entered the profession in 1980.   He was one of the founders of what is now French, Christianson, Patterson & Associates in 1985 and currently serves as the President of the firm.   Rick's driving passion is selling real estate and is consistently one of the top listing agents in Middle Tennessee.   He assists clients with every aspect of their Real Estate transaction providing thoughtful guidance and advice.   Rick is licensed as a Broker and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.






Gina Rossy holds a Bachelors degree from David Lipscomb University and has had various experiences in her adult career.  She has worked as a marketing professional for a large non-profit organization and worked in customer service for a major retail corporation.  Working with Rick, Gina is responsible for his regular administrative duties, schedules – including appointments for showing properties, development of all marketing materials and overall client support.   Typically Gina is most involved with our clients on the "front-end" of the transaction.   Gina has a current license as an Affiliate Broker.






Mark Storolis holds a Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University.  Mark has redeveloped our internet marketing program and observed statistical patterns of interest in our target market.  He has lived in Nashville, Tennessee for five years, since relocating to Vanderbilt University.  While at Vanderbilt, he individually researched with centennial professor Jon Kaas and VUMC head of neurosurgery Mark Thompson.  His background in quantifiable psychology and his tech-friendly approaches have become pivotal to our market outlook.  Mark has a current license as an Affiliate Broker.
