When we started our firm in 1985 we were determined to prove that getting top dollar for your house doesn't have to be a chore. We honestly believed that Nashville was ready for a firm specializing in one geographic area - Belle Meade, the West End corridor, Green Hills, and North Williamson County. As a result, time and again, I've been able to offer clients record price-per-square-foot in our target neighborhoods.
Record sales don't just happen. You don't put a home in the MLS and hope it sells. You don't just leave a key at the desk and wait for other agents to pick it up when they please.
Each property gets its own marketing program through the internet, the MLS system, signage, or our direct mail program. But sometimes it still boils down to picking up the phone and making the right call.
Some people call that being relentless. To me, it's being methodical and thorough. I do my part so that, for my clients, getting top dollar will be a pleasure. |
